Music About Narcan: A Quick Survey

What you are about to hear are brief demo clips of new, unfinished music. The music is designed to speak to listeners about Narcan, a drug used to treat opioid overdoses.

Each clip is about a minute long. None of these are finished versions; rather they are sketches, ideas, concepts. The people involved in creating these clips include Grammy winners and on-the-radio rappers. But what really matters is what feels best to you.

Each clip tells the beginning of a story. Each story comes from lived experience on Chicago’s West Side, and first-hand exposure to the impacts of opioids and overdoses.

Please listen to all three concepts and then answer the brief questions below. There are no right or wrong answers; we just care about what feels best to you!
